  • Chapter 2950 (after SB10 and 97) in an abridged and simplified format that is easier to read and understand,  52 pages (PDF                          NEW VERSION IN THE WORKS. Should be completed in time for Christmas. Just simplifying some of the language even more and changed the references of "offender" to "registrant" concerning someone who has been released from prison. Any suggestions are welcome.
